5 Outdoor Entertaining Tablescape Ideas

Here we are already at the end of July and it feels like summer is just flying by. Before we know it, the leaves will be changing color and fall will be here. With that being said, Vintage Style Living has discovered some great tablescape ideas for your end-of-summer parties. We have found some outdoor tablescapes that range from a Tuscan style to a Rustic Country theme. We hope that these will inspire you for your next outdoor event.

A Touch of Tuscany

We love this tablescape that they created using bright yellows, greens, and natural elements to tie everything together. The rustic glass and metal vase along with the tall candle holders give this a Tuscan look.

Simply Vintage Style

This soft romantic vintage style tablescape is perfect for those morning brunches out on the deck with your girlfriends. We love how Anita Diaz used vintage glassware in different colors to bring out the accent colors in her antique plates that were her grandfather's. She used a roll of burlap for the table runner to give it a vintage feel. The white vase displays beautiful flowers in pink, yellows and white to add to the colors throughout the theme. A lovely finishing touch is the bright yellow seat cushions on the chairs to complete the look.

Rustic Country Charm

This Rustic Country tablescape is one of my favorites that I just love. It brings me back to the days of my childhood growing up in Texas where we would have outdoor parties with dancing and lots of good Texas BBQ. We love how they used hay bails and placed a wooden board on top to create a bench around the table. They used red kitchen towels in different patterns on the benches to protect from getting splinters from the wood. The tablescape is done in layers to give it texture and dimension. The first layer is just an off white tablecloth, then they got creative and used a cowhide rug to add to the rustic theme.  For the finishing touch, they added burlap as a table runner to add some texture.  This is a great idea using kitchen towels as napkins in the white and red check pattern.  The white plates with the mason jars as glasses is a great idea and adds to the overall theme. The mason jars filled with Red Gerbera daisies and the lanterns with Red candles really finish off this look. If you want to take it to the next step don’t forget the candy covered apples for a tasty treat.

Beach Theme Tablescape

This beach theme tablescape is a wonderful way to bring the feeling of the ocean right to your backyard. You don’t have to live near the ocean to create this paradise tablescape. All you need are a few pieces of coral, some star fish and of course some gorgeous beach glass to recreate this setting. We love the rattan charges with the matching napkin ring holders and the star fish for the name place holder. The blue wine glasses brings out the color of the beach glass that they put in the hurricane candle holder. We love how they used the coral on the table to add to this beach theme. This table setting is simple yet elegant and really sets the mood of being by the ocean.

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read our blog. We hope that we inspired you for your next outdoor dinner party. Whether you’re looking for something elegant or something fun I hope that we covered it all.
